Nevşehir hosted the Collective Opening and Signing Ceremony of the Ahiler Development Agency and the KOP Regional Development Administration Projects, attended by Kacır. As part of his visit, Kacir visited a local hot air balloon manufacturing company in the Ortahisar district of Ürgüp, where he inspected various departments and spoke with employees. He also received information from the company’s Chairman of the Board, Mehmet Halis Aydoğan.

After his visit to the manufacturing facility, Kacir took the wheel of the Togg official vehicle and traveled with other protocol members to the village of Mustafapaşa in the same district. There, he toured the historic madrasa located on the campus of Kapadokya University, where he was briefed by the university’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Hasan Ali Karasar, about the technological research and projects being conducted at the institution.

Joining Kacir during his program were Nevşehir Governor Ali Fidan, AK Party Nevşehir Deputies Süleyman Özgün and Emre Çalışkan, as well as MHP Group Deputy and Nevşehir Deputy Filiz Kılıç, along with representatives from political parties and various organizations. The visit highlighted the collaborative efforts and projects aimed at promoting regional development and technological advancements in the area.
