Ashlee Simpson recently enjoyed a relaxing trip to Los Cabos, Mexico with her husband, Evan Ross, and their children. The family stayed at the luxurious Nobu Residences in the $3,549-a-night Sakyü suite, which featured numerous amenities including a private swimming pool, chef’s kitchen, and 24-hour concierge service. The group spent their time at the Cortez pool, enjoying signature Nobu dishes and drinks, while the children visited the Kizzu Kids Club for various activities.

Evan Ross’s siblings and family friends joined the vacation, with Simpson’s sister Jessica Simpson and her family staying nearby at Villa La Datcha. The group enjoyed a 20-person dinner at Ardea Steakhouse, featuring a menu of upscale dishes and Nobu’s award-winning wines and cocktails. Simpson took to Instagram to praise Nobu Residences for being the perfect place for their family vacation, highlighting the delicious food and wonderful hospitality they experienced during their stay.

The couple flew to Mexico directly from Diana Ross’ 80th birthday party in Connecticut, where they celebrated with family. While in Los Cabos, the family enjoyed spending time at the beachside oasis and making memories together. Simpson’s 15-year-old son Bronx joined in on the family fun, playing pickleball with his mom and stepdad on the property’s golf course overlooking the resort.

Simpson and Ross stayed in the lavish Nobu Residences that provided them with a spacious living area, three bedrooms, and a billiard table for entertainment. The family indulged in a variety of Nobu’s signature dishes, including tuna tacos, spicy tuna crispy rice, and baked cod in lettuce cups. Simpson’s children, Jagger and Ziggy, visited the Kizzu Kids Club for activities such as origami-making, face painting, and board games before joining their parents at the pool.

The couple has been married since August 2014, and they continue to enjoy spending time together as a family. Simpson shared photos from their vacation on social media, expressing their love for the beautiful beachside oasis and the incredible hospitality they received at Nobu Residences. The Rosses’ vacation in Los Cabos was a mix of relaxation, fun activities for the children, and quality time spent as a family, creating lasting memories that they will cherish for years to come.
