A foreign national was hit by a tram while attempting to cross the road between the Çapa and Fındıkzade tram stops on Kızılelma Avenue.
Emergency services, including health, fire, and police teams, were dispatched to the scene to assist the pedestrian who was trapped under the tram.
The injured individual was rescued from underneath the tram by the fire brigade and taken to the hospital after receiving initial medical care.
Tram services were disrupted for a period of time following the accident.
Police are currently investigating the cause of the incident.
