In recent anti-drug operations in Turkey, law enforcement seized 5 kilograms of skunk, 728 grams of cocaine, 217 grams of marijuana, 181 grams of methamphetamine, 39 synthetic drugs, 2 sheets of synthetic Bonzai, 2 ecstasy pills, a firearm, 15 rounds of ammunition, and 2 precision scales.

A total of 27 suspects were involved in the operations, with 9 facing charges for drug trafficking, and 17 for drug possession and use. Following the operations, 7 suspects were arrested and 1 was released under judicial control, while the remaining 19 were processed and released.

The suspects were brought before judicial authorities, where some were detained while others were released on bail or under judicial supervision. The seized drugs and other illegal materials were also confiscated in order to prevent them from entering the black market and causing harm to the public.

This successful operation is part of Turkey’s ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking and substance abuse in the country. The authorities are continuously monitoring and cracking down on illegal drug activities to ensure the safety and well-being of the citizens.

The seized drugs and weapons will be used as evidence in the proceedings against the suspects, who will face charges related to drug trafficking, possession, and use. The judicial system in Turkey is working diligently to prosecute those involved in illegal drug activities and bring them to justice.

The public is urged to report any suspicious drug-related activities to the authorities in order to contribute to the fight against drug trafficking and substance abuse. By working together, law enforcement and the community can help create a safer and drug-free environment for all citizens.
