The Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD) has announced that a total of 24,812 new residences, completed in Hatay, Malatya, Kahramanmaraş, Adıyaman, Gaziantep, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Osmaniye, Şanlıurfa, Adana, and Kilis in the aftermath of the earthquake, will be allocated to beneficiaries through a lottery system. Together with the 76,442 residences already delivered, a total of 101,254 disaster residences will have been handed over to rightful owners.

The lottery and key delivery ceremony for the earthquake residences will be broadcast live on AFAD’s YouTube channel starting at 11 am tomorrow. After the lottery draw, citizens will be able to access the final results through the AFAD page on the e-Government platform.

This initiative comes as part of ongoing efforts to support and assist those affected by the earthquake, offering new homes to those who have lost their residences in the disaster.
